It is that time again folks----join us, please, from 5-6 on the Barber Bridge, Wednesday evening, July 2nd --east side to commemorate those soldiers who have died, those wounded, all the Iraqi people displaced and killed or wounded and just to protest our governments unrelenting stand on this unwinnable "war"----i.e. occupation.

By the way, next month will be our groups three year anniversary standing vigil on this bridge. There will be a drawing for a tee shirt tomorrow night so you can wear it on the 3rd anniversary-------August 6th-so come, enter for a chance to win

The cost? $0.02------we want you to put in your 2 cents worth and just show up and stand with us!

                                                      Hello!!

                                                       Dr. Steve Blythe and some volunteers from Melbourne will be here at 9:30 on Saturday morning at Jaycee Park to bring signs to Indian River County.  We will get supplies, directions and fan out into the county to place his signs around town, and also we will be doing sign waving from various prominent spots in Vero.  Jaycee Park is across from the Bethel Creek House in the 4000 block of A1A-----near the street light--turn into parking lot and look for a lot of people in blue t-shirts!!!!
                                                    
                                                        If you can devote an hour or two to either of these tasks; please e-mail me back.  I need to know how many are committed to this activity asap, please.
                                                    
                                                      If you can't bounce in and out of a car----no problem----we will give you a sign and ask you to stand or sit at a busy intersection and just hold a sign for an hour-------bring a hat, sunscreen and a wide smile.
                                                    
                                                      We will end up at the Christmas in July downtown event area------spread a blanket or two on the grass at the park and have pizza and drinks provided for our volunteers around 1 PM--------my cell is 538-1932 if you need any directions, or help. 
                                                    
                                                      Please support Dr. Blythe's event; as he will be sure to support your interests when elected to U.S. Congress, and you can take that to the bank!
